Fall Festival
Clayton Harvest & Music Festival
Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014
9am-5pm:
Throughout the week there will be carnival rides, cotton candy, funnel cakes and more. Saturday will be the festival highlight with arts & crafts, an antique car show and live entertainment throughout the day. Sponsored by Clayton Area Chamber of Commerce. By far, the biggest event in the Town of Clayton is Clayton Harvest & Music Festival. Nearly 20,000 people fill downtown for this annual weekend of music, vendors, food, rides, performances and so much more for the entire family. More than 160 vendors line Main Street for a full Saturday of shopping, sampling, eating and entertainment. Organizers are amazed at how many people they talk to who are not from Johnston County, some from as far as Wilmington. It is exciting to know that this festival here in Clayton is reaching other areas of the state and we hope it continues to grow each year!
